I had a sportscene account about 2006 i was handed over and paid the account in full when i wanted to open up an account 3 years later in 2009 they told me i had not paid the account. I contacted the collecting agency and got a letter from them saying the account is fully paid. i wanted to open up an account today 20/03/2013 and guess what my account was never updated with the information i sent them and they did receive it. Now i am told that i need to wait another 2 years before i can open an account with the.

if this is not bad service then i dont know what is. It has taken 7 years to say i have fully paided my account.
