Coricraft couches
We bought couches in October 2012 at the Glen Alberton Coricraft store.

First complaint - December 2012 - I was asked to call again in January 2013.
January 2013, I spoke with Khaya Phanyaphanya telling him the problem after only 3 months. The pillows were flat and long drawen out, one couch also crack immense by sitting on it. Khaya undertook to go into the matter and provide feedback. He called back and said that they will swap it for us. After many calls and promises as well as a visit by a friend in Alberton the matter is still pending.
During the week of March 11, 2013 my husband visited the shop again when Khaya again promised to help us. He gave us the name of Ryno (manager of the delivery department) who will take the matter further.
On March 19th 2013 I spoke with Ryno who referred me to Claudette who was aware of the problem and confirmed that the furniture will be replaced. She also promised to put it in written confirmation.
Today, March 20th 2013 I have not received any e-mail or delivery date yet..

After four months of back and forth phone calls and empty promises
