I received letters from Russel at my house in Newcastle around Oct/Nov 2012 claiming i took furniture for over 16000. I reported this to the nearest russel in newcastle and told them that i do have an open case of identity. I found out that the furniture was taken at uLundi and i spoke to a lady frm Russel Ulundi, I gave her all the documentation that she asked for and she said they would start investigations right away. I still have people from Russel calling me asking me about "my" debt. Recently people from Russel rocked up at my house in Newcastle to repossess the furniture, only to find its not there. My credit record reflects this debt, and i have been rejected at a couple of places because of it.

Dear Russel,

I will not take this lying down. I have been very patient and cooperative with you until this point here. I am the victim here, and I do not deserve to be treated like a criminal, especially since i took it upon myself to approach you to prove it is not me and to initiate an investigation. It is one of your employees who decided to give furniture to a, do yourselves a favour and remove yourselves from my credit record before hits the fan.
