Phoned in with complaint over 2 weeks ago, i the customer had to phone 3 times before anything was done about complaint. I have to beg for service, call back or just response that email was received!
They also refuse to replace the product after i the client spent R176.95 on something that was absolutely in no condition to use! They left me now choice but to eventually use the product as i received no feed back!
Claims department told me between 24-48 hours, i waited 2 weeks and decided to phone them and ask what was done about the complaint!!
I'm disgusted in the Clicks group and refuse to support them ever again!
