I am sad. Have been dealing with Kalahari since 2008. Always had super special service. Until now. Order No: 357288 was placed on Friday 16 August 2013 before noon. The items, cordless Mouse & Flashdrive are both "Next Day Delivery" items. Being a Friday, I phoned Kalahari to enquire if they deem a Saturday a works day as the Item is expected the Next Working Day in Main Centres. The answer was negative. I expected my parcel Monday 19 August 2013 - but no delivery. I placed 3 enquiries. First the tracking site was off line, then the consultant (very friendly) said he will trace the parcel and phone me, this did not happen. Received an email stating the items was scanned out only today. No, No. No. This is not "Next Day Delivery" and i consider the advertisement / offer of this goods to be misleading as it is not being delivered as promised. I love this online shop for it security, but now i feel betrayed.
