In Dec. we went to buy a laptop. The salespeople were so overbearing, until we decided not to buy the most expensive item. Then they were abrupt and unhelpful. On Saturday we tried to walk from the Glomail section to the home hardware section, but 3 or 4 Genesis agents were standing chatting in the isle. They were utterly put out when I asked them if I could pass. We went to the sport shoe isle to look for shoes for my husband and there were a bunch of younsters playing soccer with the - kicking it, running around and bumping into us. There was no security in sight and they threatened us. On Sunday we returned to look at the shoes. There was no attendant (again). Someone paged for an assistant who never returned to get the right size. I'd like to know if Game is now an actual "game playing store" and no longer a retail outlet? Did I miss the announcement? I'm disgusted at the service (actually, the lack thereof).
