I made an order and paid for it on 18th February. on 20th February we got a call for delivery at our security complex but the call dropped in middle before I could understand who was delivering. we called back to our security to be told that they let the courier service in. now after 7 days am still waiting for a call back or feedback from Zando. upon contactiong them was told it was cancelled by receiver which is not true as i was the receiver but parcel did not even get delivered to us. I demand a refund and a written apology from Zando. I am now told that it takes 7 days to refund. this is unacceptable should be maximum 2 days to refund. please advise. kind regards Rosali de Freitas
