I have been trying to call the number on the slip for days now, if it has changed (0216749371), correct the details on slip. i refuse to come into the store and have another bad experience with a return (which was resolved) i need to exchange an item as it is too small. can someone please call me once u have located the item i need. boys jeans, with braces. code - 404728 or 39568. this was purchased 09/02/2013 at 11:04:51 price: R69.00. i am available after 4pm on my cell . i have been trying to call the store to get help with finding another size. please call me once this is resolved and advise where i can collect it. ----- i posted this a while back a very promptly received a call to say it would be resolved, and i will be contacted to confirm where i can collect the item, oh! and that the contact number on the slip is wrong, how funny. i need the person who called me, a gentleman from headoffice to phone me urgently with the resolved query. im going to be very annoyed if i dont get the item as promised. please ackermans, try to give better service
