On the 15 July i went to purchase a 42 inch Plasma TV and they delivered a cracked TV i report the next day, and they advised that they will bring in its now two weeks and they have failed to deliver each time i call i am told that i will contacted back which they fail, spoke the manager who advised that he cal by today he also failed. i also bought a lounge suit which one of the couch was like a rock chair, they brought those in two weeks as well. and the coffee table i bought they sent a display table, which i was not informed about. i am not happy with the service i have received from Russells, they have failed to deliver good service as per their advert. when i said i want refund for the TV because they have failed to collected the damaged one and they advised that it is done by the head office.
