On entering and waiting to be place our order the one lady kept on ignoring us flatly. She walked past us up and down but refused to help us. When I asked listen may we please our order she helped the guy behind us when I asked her why did she do that as we are first in line she just ignored us. Not only was she so rude and unfriendly but also unwilling to help us. We wanted to order the champions meal that contains russians as part of the meal, she informed us very rudely that they didn't have russians. Without making any other suggestions that we might like she just looked at us. We placed a different order and also ordered portuguese rolls. After waiting a long time we asked where is our food, just to be informed that they are getting us the rolls from Spar as they don't have it in stock. What we received was white spar rolls. NOT THE PORTUGUESE ROLLS that we paid for. I later asked the manager does that lady speak to all the customers like the why she spoke to us? He said yes we are not the first to complain about her bad attitude. He gave us a free extra garlic sauce that exploded in the car when we left.
