No Proof of Purchases

Since 2012 I received phone calls from a legal firm which indicated that I am owing some money to Home choice and that they are acting on behalf of home choice. I inform they that I had close the account with home choice more the 10 years ago but still they demand payment.

I than require the proof of purchases made and also provide them my fax and e-mail address so that I can confirm my signature. They promise to do that but after a few days later a new person phone exactly with the same information and request for payment. This is really a unbearable situation due to the fact that we also send and affidavit stating that we had close the account more than 10 years back.

Please assist us in this regard because this situation is getting out of hand.
