It's very disappointing to buy a box of multi- pack Lil-Lets and to arrive at the office and only to find that 6 are missing!! Its very annoying and the worst part is when I called the store manager Tshidi she was very nonchalant about it. Just said thanks and hung up. No apology, no offer of exchange, nothing nada. Ridiculous really!
