I am being harassed every single day by this MBDLC!!!
They keep calling me aboucount with them.t a account I do not even have or ever had.
i went to woolworths and enquired about this and they said no i do not have a account with them.
Then mbd comes and says I am handed over and i must pay this account. i went to police station to get a avidavid to state that I never owend a woolwoths account. and i sent it threw to MBD and to woolworths account department.
I would like to know were this alleged account was opened and when. And want to see the proof of the slips that was signed and these people can not give me any proof.
I am tired of this and harassment. And the call center staff is extremely rude. I am tired of explaining and telling all of the staff that i never even owend a woolworths account and that i would like proof that it was me and the goods that was purchased.
I need this matter solved and quickly as well. I am now at the end of my tethers and are ready to hand them over for harassment if they continue to pursue this ridiculous ignorant way of dealing with matters. THIS HARASSMENT STOPS HERE AND NOW!!!
