To whom it may concern.
I am a regular shopper at the Bellville Sanbel Pick n Pay branch, about a month ago I experienced poor customer service from one of the till operators and i asked to speak to the store manager, a gentleman by the name of Paul assisted me and said that he will address the matter and will give me feedback regarding action taken as i requested him too. I visit the store about 3 times per week and over the last four weeks i have been to the store more than i normally do i have requested to speak to him on several occasion but as normal i was informed by the assistant manager that he is not available, and he offered his assistance to help solve my request, every occasion i visited the store. I informed the assistant manager that my concern is not with him due to the fact that i did not deal with him and i expect that the store manager needs to contact me. It has now been a month and i have not received any feedback regarding my complaint or actions taken i find this unacceptable, how can he be running a store if he is never available.
