My son baught lumia 610 at edgars on the 01/03/2013 and it was a cash sale and he went to vodacom for the setings and he experience problems aparently he had difficulties to understand the phone and i sugest to him he must take it back and buy himself the black berry coz he is famiar with that and when he took the phone back he was told he cant bring it back only thing that they can do is to take it to the supllier and see what is wrong with the phone and i told them his problem he can't understand the phone and i'm in cape town and only way that i can communicate with him is via cell phone then i called the manger (lavesh) on the 05/03/2013 and i explained to him the reason for my call and he told me he will phone head office and he'll come back to me then i call him again at 11h50 coz my son was at the store and he told me he will still come back to me then i asked him what time coz my son is there and he told me he will come back at 13h00 till now he never bothered to come back to me so i'm concern as a manager what type of service is giving to his clients if he keep on promising and never came back to his clients, but i thank Gloria who helped my son
