Incredible Connection
I feel victimized

This is the second time I am reporting of the same issue and they refuse to keep me happy as a customer. I bought headphone from them they cost me R3499. I was told by the sales consultant that if I was not happy with the product I could return it within 7 days and that they have a 1 year garrente. I was not told that the grenade does not cover wear and tear. After a month the headphones were torn on 1 side of the ear and not suitable for use. They accuse me of damaging them my self after I did absolutely nothing damage them. The product was damaged by what they were manufactured to do (play music) the stitches were torn. After they came back from the supplier both sides were now torn they still refuse to exchange them for me. Promising me that they will be fixed asking me for just 1 week. After a week and few days they haven't sent the headphones and they asking for another week. This is not good costumer service. Keep your customers happy even after you have taken their money
