When I bought headphones they assured me that if something was wrong with them I could take them in for repairs. When they were damaged, I sent them in under warranty and said that I'm even prepared to pay for them to be fixed. They gave them back to me refusing repair them and that the warranty has been voided because they are damaged. This is absolutely ridiculous and abuses my rights under the consumer protection act. This is especially bad since they are a R2000 pair of headphones under warranty and they will do nothing about it only give me back broken headphones. They should not get away with this!!! All I wanted was for them to be fixed, even prepared to pay for it and they tell me that the warranty has been voided because they are damaged! That is not fair to consumers and me!
