Returned headphones back to the store because left hand side was damage. They refuse to exchange. When I go back to pick them up discover that now both sides are damaged after they accused me of physically damaging the product in the first place and I do not appreciate them referring me to the supplier while I spent my money at incredible connections not the supplier.
