This is really crazy, TLC Marketing call me, they courier a new movie card over night with four free movie tickets. The card STILL does not work! I used my airtime to call Ster Kinekor Ticket Line to try activate the card, they cannot help me. So I ask you, who the activates these cards? Why must I suffer as a customer? This is really upsetting its like I will NEVER get to use this benefit, I was conned into buying a BlackBerry and misled by the so called promotion and I cannot have it. And because you are a big company and I am a little consumer I have no say. I'm very upset. 2 for 1 card no: 160000686338. This has been going on since the middle of December 2012, it is now June 2013. I have mentioned how long it took to get the card in the 1st place! Please tell me am I unreasonable?
