I called Kalahari this morning having had trouble last night with a product. I explained what i was trying to acomplish and he assisted me in record time. Even though at the begining he had system issues, he called me even though i was not always avalible he continued to try and contact me and that for me is real customer service.
You have an exellent asset to your company and he should be rewarded as such
People always have time to complain but never the time to say thank you.
