I had an accident with my car in Dec 2012 and the car was written off.

Anna was caring, reliable, phoned back always when promised to do so, responded to messages (and jokes) and did not waste time with my claim. I don't know how many people Anna deal with, but I did not have to ever repeat myself or explain who I was when I called. One thing is also for sure... Anna made me feel like a real customer, not just another number on the books.
