Two weeks and absolutely NO reply!

I ordered two beds exactly two weeks ago and up to now no one has made the effort to contact me regarding my order. The call center told me to call Amanda... I've tried hundreds of times and she just doesn't answer her phone. Her mailbox is full, so I can't even leave a message, just to be transferred back to the "voice" on the switchboard saying no one is available to take my call. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!
