I got a new Nokia Lumia 920 with Cell C at the Cavendish Store.
It had a defect (turning off even with full battery). I went back to the store within a couple of days (less than 7) and demonstrated the problem to one of the assistants. The phone was booked in as a Out of Box failure and I was assured the the phone will be replaced within 7 days.
7 days later and I received no communication from the store or Cell C or Nokia. I phoned the store yesterday and they promised to get back to me. I heard nothing. I tried calling several times again today. My calls either goes to voice mail, or to a message saying that "Oh dear, the mailbox is full" or just rings with nobody picking up.
The Cell C call center doesn't seem to be interested in taking calls now either - I gave up waiting the two times I called today.
I used to be a big fan of Cell C, but this is just a painful experience. Getting "sorry the mailbox is full" message when phoning a shop is actually a bit of joke. Calling multiple times without getting through is just unacceptable.
