I received a SMS stating that my parcel has been dispatched on 7 August 2013, since then then no delivery has been made. I phoned the call centre and was told that the parcel was dispatched yet no answer could be provided regarding when I will receive my goods. I tried tracking the parcel as per their instructions on their website - what a disapointment the function does not WORK!
All I need to know is when the delivery will take place.
