On the 5th of March we were treated with BLATANT and rudeness by Senzo a store employee. Witness statements were taken and copies of the video pulled. We were told to have an appointment with the manager the next evening. Got to the store and the manager FORGOT we were coming. Waited 45 minutes for another manager. This one agreed that PnP was in the wrong and promised to deal with it. Due to this we ended up getting home so late that there was no time to cook. Spent over R900 on take aways and overtime for the nanny - never mind the stress and time away from the children. Got asked to please meet the next day. Got there greeted by a surly Luke and Johan. Got given a R500 voucher (not even compensation for our expenses. A badly written letter of apology skirting the real issue. Emails have gone up and down expecting PnP to do the right thing. Especially as the stress was causing my blood pressure to rise as I am 4 months pregnant. Got a lousy email today from the CHAIRMAN Gareth himself. Saying they did the best possible. Well your best didn't even refund me for the cost you caused me, never mind solved the issue. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ONE OF YOUR STORES!!!
