It is sad to say, that up to now neither Pick & Pay or the franchise store in question has given me good enough feedback. its only been said the employee got a final written warning, but still have no proof or apology from either,

to me it confirms that they don't give a about there clients, and supports rudeness! and tats why I will never ever shop at any Pick & Pay again.
