No call back from hi-finance

I got retrenched on the 15th of jan 2013 due to the fact that store closed down, i took my retrenchment letter to n1 city hifi-corp on the 21st, the lady that helped said that by the friday i would receive a call from hi-finance head office regarding my account, its been a month and a few days already and still no call back and i've been to n1 hifi-corp more than once, and she keep telling me the same thing, yesterday i got a sms stating they going to withdraw the money today and i still got no feed back from head office
