Last year December I bought a furniture worth R19000 (not even a token of appreciation was given to me), the bedroom suite (excl. bed) cost R9000, in Price N Pride Groblersdal branch, the employee in the shop said I must pay R600 so she will organise the transport for my goods to be delivered the next day, trusting the employee, I did (the manager was aware of the transaction). The goods were delivered a week after and what angered me most was and is that the bedroom suit was damaged and I returned it and wanted to get my money back but the manager said it's my responsibility because the goods left the store, they only can try and fix them. To this day I still do not have my bedroom suite and they never call me unless I call in and ask. I have been patient long enough; it's almost two months now. I tried calling call centre to report this and was told to leave a message and but no one ever called me... the service was awful especially after I paid everything. I am certainly not happy; I hope to get some feedback through hellopeter...#ANGRY
