Product changed from 'Pre-Order' to 'Sold Out'

I phoned Kalahari about 10 days ago to inquire about status of parcel 5739018 that STILL shows 'On Pre-order' (more than a month after order was placed and paid for).
I was promised a call back the next day. I received no call back, but status of this TV plus Blu-ray player changed to 'SOLD OUT' the next day.
HOW does an item change from 'Pre-order' to 'SOLD OUT' without item EVER being available? What about my order?
I logged a call online on Kalahari's web site THREE days ago (4 March, ref 334011). feedback said "Please allow at least 2 working days for us to respond." Still no response.
I phoned today at 13:50. Spoke to Bradley who promised to phone back within 5 minutes. It is now 16:30.
No phone call.
