What is up with the long face and sulky attitiude of many of the till attendants at the Checkers Hyper in Durban North.
I was pleased to see the new Checkers store open in the area, and am impressed with the way the shelves are always stocked and how clean the store is. However, my are the staff unpleasant.
On a few occasions I have ignored the disgusting attitude from the till attendants. But last week, after spending R 500 there, I got highly upset, as throughout the whole transaction of ringing up the products, not once did this sulky woman look up. My wife and I greeted her twice, but were ignored. Why should I shop at the store where I don't get a simple, 'Hello', Good morning or Thank You from this lazy chimp.
I am completely disgusted in their attitude which is sad as I was thrilled to have such a great store so close to home. Will not be shopping there again...
