I went to game to return some items, this has to be done at the Customer service department, Upon reaching there, i was not even greeted by the staff working there, a lady spoke in zulu and said something about me being there, upon which she and another guy continue thier conversation in Zulu away from my sight, without even aknowledging my presence there. I had to ask for assistance. My points are 1. Why employ staff who are not happy to assist customers, which is actually thier job. 2. There was sign stating that there needs to be 3mt of space when greeting a customer, why was the sign even there? it should say ACTUALLY GREET customer., 3. Dont employ dumb, arrogant people who know nothing about servicing a "customer service" desk, Lastly your company is so huge yet you cannot afford to employ staff? Every single time my husband and i actually have to 'look' for staff to assist
