Misleading advertising

Four weeks ago beds were advertised in the heydays specials. The bed were bought and paid for and after promises that stock was on its way and beds were ordered before the advertisement went out no one can take the responsibility to give me a time and date as to when the beds is expected, The only response i get is that the supplier is to be blame for non delivery. How pathetic is that and not even a courtesy call from the manager at Checkers House and Home. I phoned the manager on numerous occasions and the response i get is that he is always busy with head office or on training. I took the time to go see him on SATURDAY and was promised a phone call on Monday which never happened. I phoned the service centre and Margarette who seems to be the only one working there can also not give me any answers. I have never seen such bad service and that the easy way out is to get offered a refund. I am disappointed that Checkers House and Home can get away by misleading the public by advertising products that they cannot supply and no one can take responsibility for that.
