We recently had a problem with our Samsung fridge that was still under warrentee. Worked through Samsung to get it repaired, but it was unsuccessful. Samsung gave a credit. We went to the same store that we bought our fridge. The manager, Maurice, was a very great help. Took my calls how many times, referred back to me when he said he would. Was always friendly and from beginning to end, treated me like a customer, with respect. I honestly think that if more people take pride in their work like Maurice does, customer services will be at the top in South Africa.
