As a good client of Furniture City I am disgusted to find out that customers are treated in this manner. I have an account with Furnityre City for sometime now, I was retrenched a month ago and reported the matter immediately to the branch and submitted all paperwork with regards to this matter. To my suprise I get an sms that the matter is being processed in the meantime I pay while its still in progress and I am unemployed now, to top it all the insurance covers me only for 6 months."MY GOSH" THE SHOCK BUT MY CONTRACT STATES in the event of retrenchment the outstanding amount is covered. I then inform the branch but get told that its the new law implemmented, no one ever informed me that the insurance laws changed. Im shocked NCR please assist.
