At the end of october My account was recalculated because My account amount outstanding did not match the installment owed. Novembers installment was just as high and still not the right amount, therefore I paid what I paid in october, then on monday I purchased products to the value of R1350 and when i looked at my slip it showed I owed more than R4000 on my account which is not true. I phoned account enquiries and they assured me it was a mistake on there side and they would recalculate my account. Still until today my account is still sky high and not been recalculated. This is the 3rd time i' ve had to ask and its unacceptable. This needs to be sorted out now.
