Watson is very concern when my partner return a packet of peanuts (Messaris). It was stale and this happened not once but many occasion.
Watson ensure him that he will follow up and he did! Barney from Messaris called and apologises and mentioned that the Peanuts were getting study from the batch that was produced.
He insisted that he will arrange something to be delivered to my house. It's almost a month nothing was delivered... My partner called him and told him that he waited at home for the promised delivery but on both occasion nothing happen.
We are not trailer trash or taking advantage of the situation but Barney insisted.
Now it left a bad taste of the peanuts and as well as Barney who represent Messaris Peanuts.
Full of disappointment.
I have written an email to compliment Watson to date there was no response of acknowledgement from the Management. It make me realised that I was never wrong of bad service from the staff coz they might not even been told when a good comment from customer.
Very disappointed
