FNB Lack of Service

I requested assistance to open a business acccount. I was advised that the person in question was on leave and would return on the 15 January 2014. I got a response on the 16 January.

No one assisted me. I ended up opening a Capitec savings account in the interim because I could not wait any longer and the company went "live" Monday already.

I am still waiting for a consultant to come back to me. I understand that you were on leave but really Watson.
