No priority for CUSTOMERS at cig counte

This has been a consistent issue that is addressed in a very lax manner and it needs to be corrected permanently! Always, without fail, employees come to the cig counter wherein customers have to work around their schedule. With all due respect, it is your cash crop - CUSTOMERS - that keep your bottom line in the black - so why do we have to work around employee schenanigans? When this issue is broached with Management - they either indicate that it's been dealt with or they are always in "meetings", "lunch" or "busy". Now that that the issue has been driven home, make it easier for your cig counter staff to do what they are put there to do - which is organize cigarette orders and deal with cigarette customers.
