Very bad customer service

I am a employee on lunch, and wanted to by food to eat. I had 3 items, which normally would be paid for at an express counter. I was chased away from the express till as this was now only ment for pensioners, I then tried to pay at the cigarette counter, were once again I was denied as I was not purchesing cigarets. I was sent to the "staff till" which really was fulled with normal customers with full trollys
