Regular Client unhappy with Standard of This PNP

I have now had enough with PNP Chillie Lane, i work in the area so get groceries for the house on daily basis. Each time i have to watch as the teller scans, and generally 8 times out of 10 their is a discrepency with the price scanned. How many times i have had to get a refund from the customer care desk. Today i wanted to buy an Inside story all beacon choclates on the shelf below it is priced at R6.99 when i went to pay it says R8, 59... so i went back with the one assistant, who is now saying no this aint the price, so i said where is the price, at the other shops where i buy it it is the same price.. so i said i want to pay this price she said no. half the lables u cant even make out what choclate you are buying as the scanner prints out half cut out words. It is not up to the customer to go and find someone to find out what the price is of products on the shelf. if you do not have a price for it dont put it on the shelves.. this happens so regulary.. sick of it.. the lady wanted to call the manager, i said just void the choclate.. well now that i am back at the office i see they voided the cadbury choclate and not the inside story. Tidy up your shelves and pricing..
