I bought floor tiles. I am currently in Johannesburg, I paid and organized a driver to pick up the goods, only to find out that they didn't load all the goods as per invoice. I called them, and that's when they realized that they have omitted two 5 liters, they promise to rectify and organize delivery, that was Tuesday 03 December 2013. Since then I haven't received any communication. I had to organize my cousin to pick up the goods tomorrow because the tiler was supposed to start on the 04 December 2013, as a result the project has been delayed due to their incompetency. Worse I have to hire (pay for pick up) my cousin to pick up goods, that's totally unacceptable and inconveniencing
