On 23 October 2013 we received a quote for an entrance gate to our property, which we accepted and Pieter said he would deliver the gate on the 11th of November.
That day he didn't appear so our builder called him and he promised he would deliver and install on the 19th.
After that he not only didn't deliver, but he didn't answer our calls or emails.
When our builder called him he saying he had spoken to us the clients, just to get him off his back.
After numerous calls, messages, emails etc. we are now stuck until next year without a gate (which is a security problem), as the building industry closes and no one can help us. We could have gone for another quote, but decided on him because he promised prompt delivery.
