In last year sometime I called ATD to hook me up with armed response and monitoring. A ADT consultant Ryan Inder came out to my house, got the paper ready and assured me that I can cancel at anytime without any cost or penalty. The deal was then done.
A couple of months later I decided to cancel the armed response, which was done. On the 16 October 2013, I decided to cancel everything on to find out that I signed a "24 month contract" and have to a penalty of R501.19. Why should I pay this if I was connced and to??!!!
I was to and conned by Ryan Inder the ADT consultant, I'm not sure if the consultants works on commission and he just told me what I want to hear to get the sale.
I spoke to Tania Geldenhuis telephoncally, she then emailed with the Early termination fee, I then responded to the email for someone at ADT headoffice to give me a call, since then NO one has called.
I decided to call the Head Office spoke to Tania again, she assured Jade Hanning who call himself the area manager will give him a call... Till today Jade has not called me, he is never in his office but request Tania to tell me there is nothing he can do and that i signed the contract.
