On the 28th of January I logged a complaint on the Pick N Pay website and a reminder on the 14th of February since they had not yet resolved the issue (ref #262941). I only received 3 calls from 3 different people apologizing for the incident, all of whom had nothing to do with it. I am still waiting for a resolution.
