Morkels personel have abad attitude and no service

I went into the Benoni Morkels branch on the 31st of January 2013 to purchase a Sahara Spike Desktop, they dlevered a laptop instead, I called them to make them aware of their error and I was told to come in again to sign a new agreement for the Sahara Spike Desktop according to the sales person Eddie Mabusela I was supposed to get a camera, USB and a printer (according to the special at the time). The branch manager called me after I queried their delivery and was told that Eddie had used and old pamflet and I was not even aware at the time, they came to collect their laptop and left the camera, USB and a printer after 3 days, I was harrased by the branch manager (Prudence) saying she wants the rest of the equipment back, on the same day they delivered a LG FLATRON LCD monitor and a Sahara spike CPU (BOX) and there was no mouse or keyboard present, I called the branch manager again on the 4th of March to notify and i was told she would call the warehouse and will advise before 12:00pm. I am still waiting for the call.
