I printed a voucher on Saturday, 9 Feb for Piatto Restaurant, thinking that I can use it that evening when dining at Piatto. After printing the voucher, the fine print is then visible, which states Mon - Thurs. I don't eat out Mon - Thurs, being working nights.
I e-mailed Cindy Liu asking for the points to be put back into my card, as there was no indication of the condition Mon-Thurs only, at the time of redeeming the points.
Cindy's response was that points cannot be re-imbursed for printed vouchers.
