Bought a Heron 3 Black Edition go pro camera on Monday 18 February 2013. Did not have the sim card available nor the head strap. Was told they will have within 3 days. Had a call on Thursday 21 February 2013 that the sim card has arrived but not the head strap. Informed them I would come in on Saturday 23 Fe 2013 to collect both items. On Saturday only the sim card was there. Was informed they would get the strap from one of the other branches or from the supplier and let me know. Went again on Saturday 2 March 2013 to enquire as I had no communication from Union Mart. Still not arrived and no idea as to when they are expecting delivery. Why sell the camera but without the items needed to use it? Very disappointed with the poor responce.
