Poor customer service

3 weeks ago my husband & I went into Dial-a-bed Randburg to buy a luxury bed. Anthony was the sales person who assisted us. We saw that the bed could be bought on HP. Anthony said there was no interest charged the first year but insurance/admin fees. I asked how much this would be. He needed ID, 3 Bank statments & payslip to tell us. We planned to buy the bed on credit card but decided to explore this option. Saturday we came in with documents requested. He said internet was down again & would do everything on Monday. Monday came & he now needed 6 months bank/ payslips & our household budget. I moaned at him & told him he should have told us all this the first time & that he was delaying the process. We just wanted to KNOW what HP would cost for one year on the bed. If it was too high we would use our credit card. After faxing extra documents, he insulted me by not reading payslips correctly & saying that we only earned 20% of our actual net income. At this point I had enough. When I reported this to his company they were unable to get him to apologise or return documents. His words were that he didn't NEED my business. I had to fetch documents & waste MORE time & still no bed!
