We had problems with a Bauer stove we bought at House and home Tokai about 8 months ago.
After a few technicians came over with the faulty stove hinges, along with the poor build quality of this stove we we not happy.
We called House and Home and Lee-Ann went beyond the call of duty by being friendly and patient with us despite the many times we called about this stove.
She even kept us a Kenwood food processor from a week ago because that branch had no stock.
This woman deserves a promotion and a raise due to being highly professional and very kind despite our many calls to house and home.
Due to this service we will remain faithful to this branch forever, and tell everybody we know about the excellent service.
