Ordered a case of wine off Groupon which was supposed to be delivered by the 18th of November (purchased on the 1st of November) and I am still waiting for it two weeks later. I have called the 5 Ounces call centre on 3 separate occasions and have been promised that it would be delivered on that day each time yet nothing has happened. I was also promised a call back by the employee which never happened, nor was I ever sent notification to inform me to expect a delay in the delivery of my goods. NO wine is worth this kind of hassle, and service this shocking is a rarity.
